Lag Spikes

Ugh, I havent been able to play anything in like 2 weeks now. I keep getting these stupid lag spikes. They come about every 10 secs or so and last for only a second or 2 but its enough to get me killed everytime. Its happening on all my online games. I think i might have to reformat. I cant seem to find a fix for this. Hopefully see you all soon.

Stickers you need to call your ISP, whether it's Shaw or Telus, and let them know what's going on >> there might even be some werk being done on the cable lines somewhere near you; that's what happened to me last year, and I just had to ride it out.

Reformatting couldn't hurt either. How often do you run your spyware & anti virus checks?
